All you pay is a fixed price per visit plus parts, eliminating the potential for a job to financially spiral out of control.

Any parts to be replaced will be bought to the customer's attention prior to replacement.

Fixed Price Repair costs €150 inc BTW.

All parts that may need replacing will be at an additional charge.

Any charges incurred for parking will be added to the final invoice.

Any additional work that maybe be required that is not related to the initial Breakdown or Repair will be at an additional cost, that will be agreed prior to commencing.

Most callouts we will attend to will be repairable, as there is not many issues that we have not come across in the 15 years of working in the industry. If the repair is not possible due to an essential component being discontinued, we will consider this as 'No Fix, No Fee' and therefore no payment will be required and we will provide you with a comprehensive quote to replace the heating or hot water system. If however the customer wishes not to proceed with the repair as they may feel the repair is going to be too expensive, the 'Fixed Price' of €150 inc BTW will be due.
